Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

**Billing**:
Generate accurate and timely invoices for products or services rendered to clients.

Process customer payments through various channels, ensuring compliance with payment terms.

Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions, invoices, and receipts.

Address and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes with clients in a professional and timely manner.

Provide regular reports on sales and billing activities, including revenue tracking and forecasting.

Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting based on sales projections.

Ensure billing practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.

**Communication**:
Clearly communicate billing information to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Negotiate terms of payment and pricing with clients as needed.

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a unified and positive customer experience.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of billing processes and financial transactions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in using CRM / Tally / ERP systems and billing software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to billing and financial transactions.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
