We're seeking a skilled and passionate **Scrum Master** to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving our success.

**What you will do**:
We’re hiring a Scrum Master to guide one of our Agile teams through the delivery of high-impact, high-quality software. In this role, you’ll serve as coach, facilitator, and servant leader—helping the team adopt Agile principles, remove blockers, and deliver consistent value.
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning,
- Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize backlog items
- Track team progress using Jira or similar tools
- Identify and remove impediments, coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Promote team collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Protect the team from distractions and help ensure sprint goals are met

**What We're Looking For**:

- 1-4 years of Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience
- Basic knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
- A proactive mindset and the ability to lead without formal authority
- Agile certification: CSM, PSM, or SAFe SM preferred
