**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet walk-in customers at the showroom or service center.
- Understand customer needs and assist them with vehicle inquiries, service booking, or complaints.
- Provide information about products, services, offers, and maintenance schedules.
- **Service Follow-up**:

- Coordinate with customers for vehicle service reminders and booking appointments.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues.
- **Customer Feedback Management**:

- Collect feedback after vehicle delivery (sales or service) and report concerns to the management.
- Resolve minor complaints promptly and escalate critical issues to seniors.
- **CRM Management**:

- Update customer information and service history in CRM systems.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- **Sales/Service Support**:

- Support the sales and service team in explaining features, warranty programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in organizing customer engagement events or service camps.
- **Retention and Loyalty Building**:

- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Inform customers about loyalty programs, service packages, and offers.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic understanding of automobiles and related services.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
