- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for lead generation and conversions.

- Proven experience in telecalling or sales (preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
