Molding Operator is to monitor and operate injection-moulding machines to produce parts and components to the specified quality standards. This involves setting up and adjusting the machines, loading and unloading the moulds, and controlling the injection process. The Molding Operator is also responsible for performing quality checks on the finished parts, identifying and rectifying any faults, and ensuring that all safety standards are met. Molding Operator Role Molding Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining plastic injection molding machines to produce plastic parts and components. The duties may include setting up molds, controlling machines, monitoring and adjusting production, inspecting products, and troubleshooting problems. The Molding Operator must be knowledgeable of injection molding processes and quality control standards. Molding Operator Duties Set up and operate molding machines to produce plastic products Monitor machine operation to detect defects in the product Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and efficiently Conduct routine maintenance and clean the machines Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure mínimal downtime Check quality of the product and make adjustments as needed Molding Operator Requirements Ability to read and understand process instructions and drawings Ability to operate injection and blow molding machines Ability to interpret and process quality control data Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively in a team setting

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
