**Job Summary**:
To operate and maintain Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines for manufacturing high-precision components of mould bases, ensuring adherence to tool room standards and quality specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup & Operation**:

- Set up VMC machines for various machining operations like facing, drilling, milling, pocketing, etc.
- Load and clamp mould base workpieces accurately using fixtures or jigs.
- Perform tool setting, zero setting, and minor program editing.

- **Tool & Machine Maintenance**:

- Monitor tool wear and change tools as required.
- Keep the machine clean and perform basic preventive maintenance.
- Report any mechanical or program-related issues.
- **Process Documentation & Reporting**:

- Record daily production, program adjustments, and quality checks.
- Communicate job progress and machine status to supervisors.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Follow safety practices in the tool room.
- Ensure PPE usage and adherence to company safety norms.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Tool & Die Making
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years in VMC machine operation, preferably in a tool room or mould base environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
