We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. The Social Media Intern will assist in managing and growing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Assist in developing and curating engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Help design graphics, write captions, and create video content as needed.
- **Social Media Management**: Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments or messages in a timely manner. Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track social media metrics and analyze performance to help optimize strategies. Prepare reports on social media performance and suggest improvements based on data.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices. Identify potential influencers and partnerships to enhance our social media presence.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions. Help coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Familiarity with major social media platforms and their features.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- **Experience**: Previous experience with social media management or content creation is a plus.
