Nextdoor Kitchens is building a scalable, franchisable business model solving for reliable affordable daily food. The Individual will be part of our Customer Excellence Team. Their goal will be to help customers and ensure their experience with our platform and services is delighful.

**Responsibilities**:

- Calling existing and potential customers for first time/repeat purchases.
- Processing customer purchases accordingly.
- Managing customers by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales & delight and respond to customer rejections.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer feedback and preferences to make suitable recommendations to founders.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly call & NPS targets.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
- The ability to follow scripts.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
