- Collaborate in the formulation of function wise sustainability targets and regular interactions with all functions across ecosystem to consolidate on these targets**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your role will include but not limited to:

- Diligent communication & coordination across various functions for executing sustainability projects, towards achieving sustainable targets of the organization.
- Support and ensure the implementation of all facilities sustainability initiative to achieve the set KPIs.
- Monthly monitoring of the targets.
- Regular update on completion & identify and explore new initiatives, conduct feasibility study.
- Support in coordination across organization for ESG Data collection and Compilation to support Sustainability report & Engage with consultants for report assurance.
- Support in Participation in Global & National Sustainability Program/Indices.
- Support in implementation of Scope 3 reduction strategies with external stakeholders.
- Reinforce and strengthen the sustainability culture at every opportunity in operations and projects

**A Day in the life**
- Do whatever is needed to implement the sustainability initiatives and strategies of the organization across the ecosystem. In doing so, while you will have the full support and sponsorship from the organization, you will need to ideate, influence, build internal and external network, work with virtual teams, and drive tangible outcomes.**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- BE/B.Tech + Master’s in Sustainability
- 3-4 years of professional experience

**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Experience in sustainability
- Proven research and analytical skills and problem solving ability
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to successfully manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of project implementation

**Behavioural Skills**
- Strong communication skills
- Superior time management skills and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to build relationships
- Result oriented
