We are doing below mentioned secretarial activities in our firm.

1.ROC Filing

2.RBI Fema Compliances

3.Secreterial Audit

4.Agreement of Shareholders.

5.Shop Act Registration/LLP Registration

6.Trade mark/Food/Liquor License

**Working hours**:
Mon - Saturday: - 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.(In season out timing from office will changed as per work schedule)

(All Sundays off up to December-2024)

Stipend criteria-**Rs.6000/-** for 21 months of Articleship

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
