**TheJob profile is as under**:
- _CS Trainee who has passed Professionallevel with good academic scores. _
- _Should have interest inconsulting & advisory work. _
- _Well versed with Companies Act,2013, Listing regulations & FEMA regulations _
- _Basic knowledge of Secretarial& Legal functions._
- _Excellent drafting skills;_

**Role specific skillsets**:
- Assistingin organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meeting andannual general meetings (AGMs) of Listed & unlisted clients.
- Assistingin quarterly & annul Stock Exchange filings of Listed Company
- Maintainingstatutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
- Assisting in advisory work on regulatory requirements underForeign Exchange Control laws, Companies Act and SEBI Regulations;
- Assisting in advising and implementation of restructuringprojects which includes mergers, demerger, capital reduction, buyback etc.
- Assisting in domestic & cross border M&Atransactions including due diligence, documentation, execution and completionof transactions and regulatory compliances
- Providing services under Company law and SEBI regulationsto retained client
- Finalizing client deliverables in consultation with theSenior Team members;
- Dealingwith correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuringdecisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders
- Liaisingwith external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors
