This position is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, deployment, and management of labor to meet client needs while ensuring operational efficiency, legal compliance, and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Setup and Compliance**:

- Develop and implement SOPs for recruitment, onboarding, training, and workforce deployment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax obligations, and obtain necessary licenses and certifications.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their manpower needs.
- **Workforce Recruitment and Training**:

- Coordinate recruitment to source skilled labor that meets company and client requirements.
- Oversee onboarding, ensuring workers understand roles, policies, and expectations.
- Develop training programs to enhance skills, safety, and compliance.
- Conduct skill assessments to match workers with suitable client roles.
- **Deployment and Workforce Management**:

- Organize work schedules and placements to meet project timelines and client specifications.
- Allocate necessary resources, including tools and safety equipment, for effective deployment.
- Supervise on-site workers, ensuring productivity and adherence to standards.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Engage with clients to understand and anticipate manpower requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Use client feedback to refine processes and improve service delivery.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of worker deployment, attendance, and performance.
- Provide regular reports to management and clients on workforce performance and project progress.
- Ensure documentation of safety compliance, training, and incident reports.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operations.
- Incorporate feedback to enhance recruitment, training, and deployment processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

**Requirement**:

- Any Graduate with relevant experience
- Experience in workforce management or operations.
- Knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations.
- Should have experience of contract labor management
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

This role requires a proactive leader focused on optimizing workforce operations, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
