**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and tools.
- Carry and transport materials, equipment, and supplies to and from work areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with their tasks as needed.
- Perform manual tasks such as digging, mixing cement, and other general labour duties.
- Operate basic construction equipment (if trained) like wheelbarrows, hand tools, or power tools.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris, cleaning tools, and organizing materials.
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Help with the demolition and removal of old structures when needed.
- Perform physical tasks that may require lifting, bending, and carrying heavy objects.
- Follow instructions from the construction supervisor and other team leaders.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a construction labour role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform manual labour and lift heavy materials.
- Good physical fitness and stamina for working long hours.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work in different weather conditions and long hours.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
