Job Description / Responsibilities:

- IT Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with system configurations.
- IT Policies and Compliance: Assist in ensuring adherence to IT policies, procedures, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Diagnosing network problems.
- Collecting IT usage stats.
- Carrying out routine configuration & installation of IT solutions.
- Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
- Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
- Answering technical queries and assisting users.
- Responsibility for security.
- Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
- Troubleshooting any reported problems.
- System performance tuning.
- Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.

**Qualification**

12th Passed /Any Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hardware & Networking

Technical skills required for the job post:
**Soft skill**:

- Good problem-solving skills, organizations skills, time management.
- Hands on experience of installing IT hardware & software.
- Working knowledge of IT operating systems particularly windows & Microsoft Exchange.
- Strong grasp of computer security

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
