Key Responsibilities - Generate new business through field visits, networking, referrals & cold calling. - Meet clients to pitch Mutual Funds, Stock Broking Accounts & Unlisted Shares. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets. - Assist clients with KYC, account opening & documentation. - Maintain CRM entries, provide weekly reports & coordinate with back-office teams. - Stay updated on market trends and compliance requirements. What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Finance/Commerce/Business. - 24 years of sales experience in stock broking, mutual funds, or financial services. - Strong understanding of stock markets, MF products & unlisted shares. - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. - Target-oriented, self-motivated & willing to travel for client meetings. - Proficiency in CRM, MS Office & basic financial tools.
