Your assigned job is **tie ups (proper onboarding ) with**
- All the pharmacies of Kolkata, Gym, Small Clinics, Dr Chambers, Blood Bank_
- Our empanelled Doctors, Discharge nurses, OPD boys_
- This job is ideally suited for a male / female who likes speaking to people and has own bike/ conveyance to visit._
- You are not to report to office, its a job where we are not bothered about what time you work, we just want result._
- **You will be offered Full time job with 15000 salary after successful probationary period**_
- **( 3 months )**_

Services

The idea is **ask the DSA **to refer Home care patients to us for healthcare services like Doctor, Dentist, physiotherapist, Nurse, Attendant, Lab test, ECG, Xray, Medical Equipment ( like O2 conc, wheelchair ) Healthcare Concierge service,

Each of the DSA will have a Patient Planet Wallet, where they will earn PP coins for referring patients to us and than they can redeem coins and earn.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Part-time hours: 2 per week

**Salary**: From ₹6,000.00 per month
