Job roles and responsibilities:
He/She is responsible for managing the patient by receiving, diagnosing, investigating, interpreting and

documenting it appropriately with the name written and signed duly.

Should have a good communication, interpersonal and management skill.

Should be able to manage patients, classes and research activities by prioritizing them.

Should perform the basic process to stabilize the patient - airway protection, intubation and connecting

to the ventilator when indicated, perform CPR in case of cardiac arrest.

Should collect the detailed history from the patient or the relative and document them clearly and

legibly with the name written and signed duly.

Should strictly adhere to the antibiotic protocol/treatment protocol.

Should inform head if any deviation of protocol is found.

Should strictly follow their duty timings as per the schedule and should be reachable during emergency

situations.

Should participate in the research projects, poster, platform presentation in the conferences with the

help of professors and chief.

Should maintain a good cordial relation with the colleagues, seniors, visiting consultants, chief, nursing

and paramedical staffs.

Should discuss about critical diagnosis cases to professors and head and the final decision will be taken

by the head.

He/She should follow the hierarchy and protocols implemented in the department without any

compromise.

Should always consult with the professors and head whenever there is a difficulty regarding patient

care, diagnosis and treatment.

Should be skilled in BLS, ACLS, airway and mechanical ventilator courses and should be able to

handle patients individually on a course of time.

Should prepare discharge summary for all the IP patients admitted in the department.

He /She will be internally transferred to any department as per the requirement of the organization.

Should publish articles and journals and attend conferences.

Should assist head in conducting teaching programmes for department staffs and other activities such

as CME & research.

Should attend all meetings conducted by the head/ higher authorities.

Should abide all rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the organization. In case of any

discrepancies necessary action will be taken by the management.

Should follow leave procedure and inform higher authority before availing any leave.

Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
