We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Junior Resident to join our medical team. The Junior Resident will provide immediate medical care, assist in patient management, and collaborate with senior medical staff to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery. This role offers an excellent opportunity for medical graduates to gain hands-on experience in a clinical setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries, providing immediate care for acute conditions under the supervision of senior physicians.
- Record patient conditions and vital signs, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Work with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Inform patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and prognosis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing advanced life support when necessary.
- Oversee medical activities during assigned shifts, ensuring continuity of care.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- 0-2 years of clinical experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in performing routine medical procedures and patient assessments.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated compassion and sensitivity in patient interactions.
- Valid medical license to practice in the respective region.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience in emergency medical care or intensive care units.

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
