**Position : BNYS - Junior Doctor**
**Location : Coimbatore**
**Experience : 4+years**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

I) Consultations to procure a detailed account of the person's clinical condition, medical history, diet and lifestyle, personality and any treatments that they take.

II) Must formulate health programmers or treatment plans in tandem with the suitability of the patients (needs and conditions of the patients). In accordance with the treatment plan, patients must be initiated into the treatments such as reflexology, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, physiotherapy and yoga.

III) Patients progress of the treatment must be monitored with follow-ups and additional one-to-one sessions or Lab/Radiological investigations.

IV) Physical examinations are conducted to diagnose the ailment.

V) A range of medical conditions must be remediated by prescribing natural food or herbal extracts, herbs and dietary supplements (a pill or tablet of nutrients), hydrotherapy (use of water to treat disease or disorder), yoga therapy, lifestyle counseling.

VI) Besides the roles and responsibilities as naturopaths, the doctor should be obligated to fulfill the administrative work as well, i.e. maintaining patients medical records, case history etc. which is all computerized.

VII) Naturopaths are exhorted to conduct seminars, give presentations to patients in order to promote naturopathy.

VIII) They should cooperate and coordinate with other departments to provide better service to the patients.

IX) Motivating the patients to follow principles and practices of Naturopathy

X) To integrate counseling techniques for better healing process.

XI) Notable interpersonal skills and communicate effectively and sensitively with patients, management and staff.

XII) To follow a strong work ethics, integrity and abide by the rules and regulations of organization.

XIII) Should be able to work closely with other health care professionals (Yoga, Acupuncture, Physiotherapy) to meet the patients needs.

XIV) Should possess the knowledge of pharmacology to regulate the dosage of medicine as per the prognosis.

I) Should have warm, friendly approach to the patients

II) Confidence in talking to the patients from all walks of life.

III) Excellent listening skills facilitate in acquiring patients history and factual matters.

IV) Have the ability to influence, support and encourage patients to follow their program or plan.

V) Must be diplomatic, patient and non-judgmental in approaching a patient

VI) Must be inclined towards the natural way to health and well-being.

VII) Communicative, must be conversant in Hindi and English with a strong clinical foothold.

VIII) Time management during consultation of the patient.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
