The company is specialize in very large size glass doors, windows & movable glass walls. The Company manufactures, Fabricates premium Aluminium Doors & Window systems with in house installation services. We are committed to innovate, design systems catering to needs of modern day life in India at par with global standards.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to design custom window and door solutions.
- Create detailed fabrication and installation drawings using AutoCAD, EVA or similar design software.
- Generate accurate material take-offs, cost estimates, and pricing proposals.
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to develop competitive quotes.
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate component sourcing and pricing.
- Optimize designs for structural integrity, energy efficiency, and manufacturability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and product specifications.
- Participate in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or performance.
- Support production and installation teams with technical guidance and updated drawings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in window and door design, preferably in the fenestration industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, EVA, or similar).
- Familiarity with aluminum, or composite systems is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills for accurate estimations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with estimation tools and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of structural and thermal performance standards for fenestration.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
- Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to design challenges.
