**Responsibilities**:

- Content Strategy: Assist in developing content plans aligned with the brand's voice and overall marketing strategy.
- Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor content, and audience preferences to create relevant and impactful content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, social media, and product teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging.
- Content Performance: Assist in tracking the performance of content using analytics tools and suggest improvements based on insights.

**Mandatory Skills**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Content Writing: Strong writing skills with a focus on grammar, clarity, and creativity.
- SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO, including keyword research and on-page optimization techniques.
- Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research and gather insights to inform content development.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with different teams and contribute to overall marketing efforts.

**Good To Have Skills**
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and how to create engaging content for them.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
