We are seeking a highly motivated and creative **Social Media Intern** to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation. The intern will assist in developing and executing social media content and calendars that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across multiple platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to optimize content performance.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community growth and brand interaction.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns, contests, and promotional activities.
- Monitor social media analytics, track key performance metrics, and prepare reports to assess content effectiveness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Assist in influencer outreach and partnership initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing software.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
