Job Title: Ecommerce Strategist and Website Developer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales, increase conversion rates, and improve user experience.
- Conduct market research to identify target customers, analyze competition, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and fulfillment, to align ecommerce strategies with overall business goals.
- Design and develop the ecommerce website, including user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, website layout, navigation, and functionality.
- Optimize website performance, mobile responsiveness, and security to ensure a seamless and secure online shopping experience.
- Conduct regular website audits, analyze website performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for website improvements.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating innovative features and functionalities into the website.
- Manage website content, product listings, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all website pages.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for website-related issues, collaborating with IT or external vendors as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce strategy development, website design, and development, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, web development technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), ecommerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce), and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design principles, website layout, and navigation best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with clients or vendors.
- Familiarity with Ayurvedic principles and products is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
