We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our eCommerce team. You will have the opportunity to master using data to take an advisory approach and thrive in a business where the data you share supports objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesData Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across all eCommerce systems by identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate actionable recommendations for improving business performance.Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators for eCommerce activities to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.Customer Insights: Analyze customer data to understand behavior patterns, segment customers, and provide targeted marketing and personalization strategies.A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize website performance, user experience, and marketing campaigns.Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor performance to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth.Data Visualization: Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.Required Skills and QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis within eCommerce.Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
