**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities1. Financial Budgeting & Cost Estimation**
- Prepare detailed financial budgets and cost estimations for government projects.
- Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) to identify cost drivers and risk factors.
- Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost sheets aligned with government norms.
- Monitor project costs and align budgets with project timelines and deliverables.

**2. Tender Proposal & Bidding**
- Prepare and compile tender documents including technical and financial proposals.
- Coordinate with various departments (engineering, legal, procurement) to gather input for tender requirements.
- Ensure compliance with government bidding guidelines and eligibility criteria.
- Draft commercial bids and support in pricing strategies based on financial feasibility.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and bid clarification sessions.

**3. Documentation & Submission**
- Organize and manage all documentation related to the tender process including:

- Company credentials
- Financial statements
- Technical write-ups
- Compliance checklists
- Affidavits and declarations
- Liaise with government portals (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, etc.) for online bid submissions.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals, both physically and electronically.
- Maintain a repository of submitted bids, outcomes, and feedback for future reference.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in government tendering, budgeting, or project finance.
- Familiarity with government procurement systems and norms.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and budgeting tools.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
