**Job Title: Freelance Sales Affiliate (Commission-Based) - U.S. E-Commerce Store**

**About Us**:
We are a growing e-commerce brand specializing in stylish, affordable women’s products. Our online store serves customers in the **United States**, and we are expanding by building a network of motivated **freelance affiliates based in India** to help drive sales through their outreach and marketing efforts.

**Role Summary**:
As a **Freelance Sales Affiliate**, you will earn commission on every sale you generate using your **assigned discount code or tracking link**. This is a flexible, independent contractor opportunity with no fixed hours and no cap on earnings.

**Commission Structure (Scales with Your Performance)**:
Monthly Sales Commission:
1-10 Sales 25%

11-30 Sales 35%

31+ Sales50%

The more sales you bring, the higher your percentage.

**What We Provide**:

- A **personalized discount code** or **tracking link** to promote
- Marketing materials (product images, descriptions, captions, etc.)
- Clear tracking and transparent reporting
- Prompt payments based on confirmed sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Share your discount code or link to promote our store to U.S.based customers
- Customize and distribute content we provide or create your own if preferred
- Work independently and consistently to increase monthly performance

**Requirements**:

- Based in **India**:

- Fluent in **English**:

- Access to a smartphone or computer with internet
- Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- No prior experience required - performance matters most

**Work Style**:

- Remote work (from anywhere in India)
- Flexible schedule (no fixed hours)
- Commission-based pay structure only
