We’re Hiring: Junior Affiliate Executive (CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS – Delivery International Market) Location:Onsite – Gurgaon Full-Time Role Immediate Joiners Preferred Ventes Avenues is expanding itsPerformance Marketing Delivery Team , and we’re looking for energetic, detail-oriented professionals eager to build their career in digital and affiliate marketing.Role: Junior Affiliate Executive (1 Year Experience)Responsibilities: Support the execution of CPI, CPA, CPL & CPS affiliate campaigns Coordinate daily with global affiliate partners for tracking & delivery updates Assist senior managers with reporting, pacing, and optimization Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot tracking issues Work with internal Sales, Tech & Finance teams for billing and documentation Manage sheets, dashboards, and data for campaign accuracy Learn and gradually take ownership of partner communication & campaign deliveryRequirements: Up to1 year of experiencein affiliate/performance marketing Basic understanding of CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS models Strong communication skills & willingness to learn Comfortable with numbers, Excel/Sheets, and dashboards Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Ventes Avenues?
