This is a remote position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design robust end-to-end functional and regression test suites.
- Automate UI tests using Playwright, ensuring reliability and coverage.
- Perform manual QA for new features, bug fixes, and user-driven scenarios.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Identify, log, and track defects using the team’s bug-tracking system.
- Enforce QA best practices, including test planning, reporting, and verification.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Review configuration changes in Salesforce and coordinate QA for those releases.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- **Manual QA**
- Proven experience in writing and executing detailed test cases.
- **Playwright**
- Hands-on expertise in creating, maintaining, and debugging end-to-end test scripts using Playwright.
- Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and test frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
- **Salesforce Knowledge**
- Understanding of the Salesforce platform (objects, flows, Lightning components).
- QA experience in Salesforce environments, especially around configuration, testing, and deployment.
