**Job Title**: Financial Product Advisor / Investment Executive

**Location**: Sector 75, Mohali

**Salary**:₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (Based on performance)

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Pitch and sell life insurance, mutual funds, SIPs, IPOs, and other investment products.
- Assist customers in opening Demat accounts and guide them through the KYC process.

2. Client Advisory & Relationship Management
- Provide customized financial advice based on clients' investment goals, risk appetite, and time horizon.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and reviews of their portfolios.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve queries related to financial products.

3. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all transactions.
- Follow regulatory guidelines and company policies for all financial services.
- Keep up to date with new product offerings, market trends, and SEBI/IRDAI guidelines.

4. Reporting & Targets
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain daily reports of calls, meetings, leads generated, and conversions.
- Report performance metrics to the team leader/manager.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Basic understanding of financial products (insurance, mutual funds, SIPs, etc.)
- Good communication and persuasion skills.Client-centric approach and problem-solving mindset.
- Sales-driven attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic financial tools.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with strong interest in finance may apply)

Certification (preferred): NISM Mutual Fund/IRDA License (or willing to obtain post joining

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
