Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to oversee our company's financial management and reporting activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- 3+ years of accounting and finance experience, including management.
- Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax laws.
- Experience with financial software.

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Develop and maintain the company's financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Manage the budgeting process, including the development of annual budgets and monthly forecasting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and support for business initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial professionals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting and finance team, ensuring that staff are appropriately trained and developed.
