**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Order Processing**:

- Process incoming orders from multiple sales channels (e.g., website, marketplaces, offline).
- Verify order details, check inventory availability, and ensure timely order dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for accurate picking, packing, and shipping.
- Generate and manage invoices, shipping labels, and tracking information.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all orders.

**Return and Refund Management**:

- Handle return requests from customers across all platforms.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to inspect returned products and approve/refuse returns based on policy.
- Process refunds, replacements, or exchanges in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper records of returns and refunds for reconciliation.
- Work closely with customer service to resolve customer queries related to returns.

**Logistics & Coordination**:

- Communicate with courier partners to ensure smooth pickup and delivery.
- Track shipments and address delivery issues or escalations.
- Negotiate with logistics partners to optimize shipping costs and timelines.

**Reporting & Improvement**:

- Maintain daily and weekly reports on order fulfillment, returns, and refunds.
- Identify areas for improvement in order processing and return handling.
- Collaborate with other teams to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Experience with inventory and order management software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
