We are looking for a Real Estate Media & Engagement Specialist to lead our media initiatives and property market engagement in Hyderabad. This role requires fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu, with a passion for both the real estate market and digital media content creation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **YouTube Video Production**: Develop and manage engaging YouTube content that highlights various real estate projects, focusing on unique features and market insights.
- **Industry Interviews**: Conduct interviews with real estate professionals, including builders and agents, for YouTube content and newsletters.
- **Real Estate Newsletter Management**: Create informative newsletters about real estate market trends, new listings, and industry updates.
- **Local Market Exploration**: Utilize personal transportation for city travel to network with industry professionals and conduct site visits.
- **Professional Photography and Videography**: Capture high-quality photos and videos for media content using advanced equipment.
- **Travel and Logistics Management**: Organize travel arrangements for team members, including accommodation and transportation planning.
- **Industry Stakeholder Engagement**: Maintain robust relationships with industry players to acquire market information and insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Availability of a personal bike for citywide travel.
- A high-quality smartphone or camera for media production.
- Experience in journalism, communications, digital media, or real estate is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
