**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate and manage leads for high-end residential or commercial properties.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Leverage past experience in selling luxury utensils to build rapport with affluent clientele.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, and property walkthroughs.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system for potential buyers and close deals effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HNW clients, architects, interior designers, and channel partners.
- Negotiate price and payment terms within company guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline status.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor offerings.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
- 6 month-5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably from the luxury homeware, kitchenware, or utensils segment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer orientation and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to understand client preferences and suggest customized solutions.
- Passionate about the luxury segment and real estate industry.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
