Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals within the prefabricated construction industry.

**Qualifications**
- Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Drive the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2+ years of experience in sales of PEBs or related construction/infra products.
- Strong network in the construction or industrial infrastructure sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
- Engineering background is a plus.
