**Job Title**: Sales Engineer - Laser Cutting Industry

**Salary** : Up to **7 LPA**

Experience : 1 year - 7 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for laser cutting machines and related solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions tailored to their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Collaborate with the technical team for after-sales support, installation, and service coordination.
- Stay updated on laser cutting technologies, competitors, and market trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong technical knowledge of **laser cutting machines, CNC systems, CAD/CAM software, and sheet metal processing**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in **Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field**.
- **2-5 years of experience** in sales/business development in the **laser cutting or metal fabrication machinery industry**.
- Prior experience in **capital equipment/machinery sales** will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,596.31 - ₹60,908.34 per month
