**Role: KAM- Longtail Merchants (AM/ Manager)**

**Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore**

**About the Role**:
KAM outbound contact center would be responsible to manager contact center operations which would include, daily operations, lead generation, merchant onboarding as some of the key KPIs.

**About the team**:

- KAM- Longtail Merchants will work with Lead
- Longtail Merchnat within SMB Function.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- KAM- Longtail Merchants will be handling Portfolio of Merchnats directly or with help of thirtpary KAMs.

**Responsilities include**:

- Handling Thirdyparty KAMs for merchant engements.
- Merchant Growth
- Merhant Retention
- GMV/ Revenue/ GM/ Cross-sell
