Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management & Reporting:

- Collect, process, and analyse large datasets from multiple lead generation clients using Excel, VBA, and other tools.
- Design, develop, and automate Excel-based reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into chat performance and lead generation metrics.
- Use data modelling techniques to structure data from different sources into meaningful formats.

Develop VBA macros to automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and other critical metrics for chat operations.
- Use advanced Excel features (e.g., Power Query, Power Pivot) to analyse trends and performance issues across multiple teams and clients.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve chat process efficiency, lead generation rates, and overall performance.
- Big Data Handling & Optimization:

- Manage and maintain large data sets from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data flow and streamline processes.
- Utilize coding skills (e.g., Python, ) to manipulate and analyse big data when necessary.
- Data Visualization & Presentation:

- Create clear and impactful data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to help stakeholders understand key performance trends and insights.
- Design automated visual reports for management and client presentations, ensuring data is easy to comprehend and action-oriented.
- Process Improvement & Innovation:

- Work closely with the operations team to identify areas where data analytics can improve the chat process and lead generation outcomes.
- Continuously improve and enhance existing reporting tools and methodologies to ensure data relevance and timeliness.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate with team leads, managers, and senior leadership across various departments (e.g., Customer Service, Tech, IT) to understand data needs and align reporting strategies.
- Work with clients on reporting requirements, presenting data insights and offering solutions to optimize lead generation strategies.

Key Requirements:

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
- Advanced certifications in Excel, Data Modelling, VBA, or Data Analytics preferred.
- Skills & Experience:
oMinimum 3-5 years of experience in an MIS or Data Analyst role, ideally within a lead generation or chat process environment.

oProficiency in advanced Excel, including macros, VBA scripting, and data modeling

oExperience handling large datasets and performing big data analysis.

oStrong knowledge of Excel-based automation, with the ability to create complex reports and dashboards.

oFamiliarity with coding languages like Python or SQL for data manipulation is a plus.

oExpertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

oStrong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset, able to turn data into actionable insights.

oExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting.

oStrong communication skills to convey data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
