Reservations cum MIS Executive
**Location**:
Lords Hotels & Resorts, Corporate Office, Mumbai
**Key Responsibilities**:
**MIS (Management Information System) Reporting**
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to reservations and revenue.
- Analyze booking data to provide insights on room availability, revenue performance, and occupancy trends.
- Assist in the preparation of forecasts, budgets, and performance reviews based on data analysis.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all MIS reports shared with the management team.
**Coordination & Support**
- Collaborate with the Sales, Revenue, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless reservation processes.
- Support the corporate team by providing data for audits, reviews, and strategic decisions.
- Resolve issues related to system discrepancies or guest complaints with a focus on service excellence.
**Reservations Management**
- Handle reservation inquiries and bookings for all properties under the Lords Hotels & Resorts portfolio.
- Ensure accuracy in entering and updating booking details in the reservation system.
- Coordinate with property-level reservations teams to manage room inventories effectively.
- Respond promptly to guest queries, special requests, and modifications in bookings.
- Maintain communication with travel agents, OTAs, and corporate clients for bookings and queries.
- Monitor booking trends and highlight opportunities for maximizing occupancy and revenue.
**System Management**
- Regularly update rate plans, promotions, and room availability in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Ensure all systems (PMS, channel manager, GDS) are synchronized and working efficiently.
**Quality Assurance**
- Implement best practices to ensure a high level of accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
**Other Responsibilities**
- Assist in training new team members on reservations and MIS processes.
- Participate in team meetings, providing insights and updates on reservation performance.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the management.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Graduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in reservations and MIS reporting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with OTAs, GDS, and channel management systems.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Behavioral Competencies**:
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong team collaboration and coordination skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
