**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation and Fitment**: Install furniture and ensure proper fitment according to customer specifications and company standards.
- **Repair and Maintenance**: Conduct repairs on damaged or malfunctioning furniture, including woodwork, upholstery, and hardware.
- **Customer Service**: Interact with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions in a professional manner.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all service tasks are completed to high standards of quality and safety.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and spare parts necessary for service tasks.
- **Documentation**: Keep accurate records of service activities, repairs, and customer feedback.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Previous experience in furniture assembly, repair, or maintenance is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery related to furniture work.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically to resolve issues.
- Customer-Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy furniture and perform physically demanding tasks.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in carpentry, furniture design, or related fields is a plus.
