We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our unique plot/property offerings. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our farmland solutions in a compelling and informative manner.

**Responsibilities**

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into customers.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Product/Service Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our products/services, enabling you to effectively communicate their value to clients.

Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track sales performance, and generate regular reports for management.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to achieve company goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
