**Job Description of Career Counselor**
- Calling on perspective leads data.
- Counselling the perspective lead on which of the FPA courses is relevant for her/him.
- Converting the leads into enrollments.
- Hand-holding for any other help the student requires during the course tenure.
- Coordinate with the Colleges and Classes.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate/postgraduate in any stream
- Fresher’s welcome with good communication
- **Strong interpersonal and good verbal communication** skills and ability to engage with students
- Must be comfortable handling telephonic calls & face-to-face consultations
- Ability to provide empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental guidance
