**Job Role**: Marketing Commercial

**Job Responsibility**: Handling administration and commercial aspects in Marketing Commercial

**Business Responsibility Areas**:
1. Coordination with Service providers for checking of salary, Incentive, reimbursement, recruitment invoices as per approved salary structure, Approved scheme calculation, reimbursement policies and highlighting deviations.

2. Adherence compliance to Commercial manual and PPR.

3. Co-ordinating with SPs, SSC and commercial officers for invoice related queries and getting them processed within

4. Co-ordination with service provider for regular follow up.

Ensuring timely & accurately raising of POs, Timely payments to vendors

5. Coordination with internal stakeholders like corporate accounts, taxation, SSC, Branches, IT, Finance for daily routine activities

6. Ensuring vendor account Hygiene - Open advances, Open GR’s, No due certificate from vendor, Monthly provisions

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- GR and invoice processing within the defined SLAs
- Vendor Management
- Accuracy of data
- Highlighting exceptions
- Timely revert on queries
- Teamwork

**Essential**:

- Any batch of graduation
- Hands on experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), SAP

Experience Required: 1.5 years minimum

Salary Package : 25000 CTC Per month

**Salary**: ₹280,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Santacruz, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
