As a Food Technologist in the frozen foods industry, your responsibilities may include:
1. **New Product Development**: Developing new frozen food products that meet the company's objectives, including formulation, sensory evaluation, shelf-life testing, and packaging design.

2. **Quality Assurance**: Ensuring that all frozen food products meet regulatory and company quality standards, including raw material specifications, in-process testing, and finished product testing.

3. **Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluating and improving the frozen food production processes to enhance product quality, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

4. **Technical Support**: Providing technical support to other departments, including sales, marketing, and production, on issues related to frozen food products, production processes, and regulatory compliance.

5. **Research and Development**: Conducting research on new frozen food ingredients, technologies, and processes to keep the company up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

6. **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintaining accurate and complete records of all product development and quality assurance activities, including laboratory testing, product specifications, and production process documentation.

7. **Team Management**: Managing and mentoring a team of food technologists and technicians to ensure that they are trained, motivated, and productive.

8. **Customer and Consumer Engagement**: Working closely with customers and consumers to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback on the company's frozen food products.

9. **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensuring that all frozen food products comply with relevant regulatory requirements, including labelling, packaging, and safety standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
