**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals, with a focus on bulk hiring and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and other recruitment activities to attract top talent.
- Stay current on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

**Jobs Requirements**:

- Good oral & written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Good hands-on knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
- Good command of mail writing.
- Flexible for extensive travels as per business needs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination/ conducting campus drives/campus hiring (Most Preferred/ Not Compulsory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
