- Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety norms.
- Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, schedule, and safety standards.
- Monitor progress and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, vendors, and engineers for smooth site execution.
- Inspect and ensure quality of construction materials and workmanship
- Ensure site safety protocols and labor laws are strictly followed.
- Manage daily workforce allocation and attendance.
- Monitor material usage, stock levels, and timely requisition of materials.
- Prevent material wastage and theft through strict supervision.
- Maintain site logs, work schedules, daily progress reports (DPRs), and site records.
- Report issues, delays, or incidents to the project manager promptly.
- Assist in inspections by government bodies, architects, or quality control teams.
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Assist engineers in layout marking, measurements, and levels.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
