**LOCATION: GACHIBOWLI ,HYDERABAD**

**BPO QUALITY ANALYST** - Roles & Responsibilities
- Strong analytical and facilitation skills._
- Monitoring product standards and implementation of quality control programs._
- The Quality Executive role is to ensure that the quality is maintained which is ensured through regular process compliance checks including both data as well as process audits._
- Performing the internal audit cycle based on facts._
- Planning, organizing, updating and maintaining documentation related to quality parameters._
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail._
- Good time management skills_
- Keeping quality documentation up to date._
- Analyzing the working progress of employees with set parameters._
- Responsible for the review and update of the program quality plans._
- Proficiency in the English,Hindi & telugu language is mandatory._

**Skills:

- Internal audit Quality audit, Documentation And KIP**

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
