**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver live online and/or in-person training sessions on:

- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Content Marketing
- Web Analytics (Google Analytics)
- Affiliate Marketing
- Marketing Automation Tools
- Performance Tracking and KPIs
- Develop and update course materials, assignments, and assessments based on the latest industry trends.
- Guide students in capstone projects, case studies, and real-world campaigns.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and performance feedback to students.
- Conduct periodic assessments and mock interviews to evaluate student progress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and certifications.
- Collaborate with academic and operations teams to improve course quality and learner engagement.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of industry experience in digital marketing roles (agency or in-house).
- 1+ year of experience as a trainer/mentor preferred.

**Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)**:

- Google Ads Certification
- HubSpot / Facebook Blueprint Certification
- Google Analytics Certification

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Canva, etc.)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
