**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Coordination & Execution**:

- Coordinate with vendors, factories, and internal teams to ensure timely production.
- Follow up on sampling, approvals, bulk production, and shipment processes.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.

**Material Sourcing & Costing**:

- Work with suppliers to source fabrics, trims, and accessories at competitive prices.
- Negotiate pricing and ensure cost efficiency in production.
- Maintain records of raw material procurement and inventory.

**Quality Control & Compliance**:

- Monitor production at various stages to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and resolve any production-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and buyer requirements.

**Order Management & Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of production processes, orders, and shipments.
- Track order progress and update stakeholders on production status.
- Work with logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch and delivery.

**Vendor & Client Communication**:

- Liaise with buyers and suppliers to address inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure production aligns with client specifications and expectations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders for long-term collaboration.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

7-8 years of experience in garment production and merchandising.

Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and production techniques.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience working with international brands or export houses.

Understanding of sustainability and ethical sourcing in apparel production.

Knowledge of industry certifications and compliance standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
