**Responsibilities**:

- Supplier Management:

- Identify and source products by managing relationships with suppliers and factories.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure optimal cost and quality.
- Oversee supplier performance to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.
- Assortment Planning:

- Develop and implement merchandise display strategies to maximize sales.
- Ensure visual consistency across all product displays.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product decisions.
- Fashion Trend Collection:

- Create look books to showcase upcoming fashion trends.
- Ensure consistency with next year's fashion trends across all collections.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop trend-aligned product assortments.
- Performance Analysis:

- Analyze sales data to inform future product selections and strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and profitability.
- Adjust inventory and display plans based on performance data.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align merchandising strategies with overall business goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

Work Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, with a focus on supplier management and fashion trends.
- Proven track record in managing product assortments and driving sales.

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and supplier management abilities.
- Excellent visual merchandising and display skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Familiarity with merchandising software and inventory management systems.
