Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**
**- Handle the front desk and maintain visitor records.**
**- Manage administrative chores and organizational tasks.**
**- Create a welcoming, professional environment for clients and customers.**
**- Collecting and analyzing customer data**
**- Managing the reception area and ensuring the office is neat and tidy.**
**- Greeting and welcoming clients, customers, and visitors courteously and professionally.**
**- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member/department.**
**- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.**
**- Taking care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.**
**- Using CRM systems to manage relationships**
**- Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs**
**- Handling customer complaints**
**- Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives**
**- Creating and executing retention campaigns**
**- Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers**
**- Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to improve the customer experience**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
